GTS do Brasil Flexer XS was created to improve harvest yield and facilitate  more versatile ongoing operation and maintenance methods.

Maximum Productivity

  • Improved operator field of vision across the entire width of the unit
  • Easy adjustments
  • Coupling system suitable for all main harvester brands

Lightness & Flexibility

Increased performance thanks to a lighter and more efficient and flexible harvesting system. The GTS do Brasil Flexer XS the perfect harvesting upgrade for farmers looking to improve results.

Innovation, technology and machinery designed to increase crop productivity are statements that have underlined GTS do Brasil as a trusted manufacturer of high-performance agricultural implements throughout the world.

GTS has always manufactured innovative cutting decks with a philosophy based on simplicity and efficiency. The use of strong lightweight materials such as aluminium increases performance and fuel economy, while reducing wear on the combine and soil compaction.

This commitment to ongoing innovation has resulted in GTS do Brasil launching the Flexer XS (40 feet).

The Flexer XS brings more productivity, the ability to work at greater speed, and provides a better cut with less loss of grain. It has a self-compensating floating system, allowing the cutter bar to slide smoothly over the ground and avoid drag. Additionally this machine reduces the wear of the platform and harvester, bringing superior results for large-scale harvesting.

Cutter Bar

The placement and arrangement of the knives means the machine's overall movement is smoother and the bar is far more stable

Quality harvesting equipment designed to compete with, and be chosen by, farmers using machines from the best harvesting brands in the market.

The specific cutter bar chosen for the GTS Flexer Xs was the EasyCut system from the renowned Schumacher brand.  The Schumacher system, although simple, is very precise, with the blades being placed alternately, one up and one down. Further to this the rollers, equipped with quality bearings are also positioned alternately, with the backrest being variable this helps to stabilise the bar. Used by several leading manufacturers worldwide, the GTS Flever XS has been proven to provide a lower cut as well as requiring less effort to move the crop, reducing energy consumption, vibration and noise.

The angle of attack is adjusted hydraulically from the driver's seat and the available positions make it possible for the bar to float up to 200mm to adapt to any irregularities of the terrain with the use of skidders placed on the underside of the platform made of technil.

Another design feature of the flexer platforms is the Springflex spring system that works together with onboard sensors to provide a profile of the ground do that spring tension can be adjusted as needed.

Draper Mats

Rubber concentrator mats transport product more smoothly

As is standard on quality draper platforms, there is a centre belt and two sides all driven by the adjustable gearbox. It is possible to vary the linear speed of the tracks through this transmission via three speed settings with a variation of approximately 15% between the low, medium and high positions.

For the protection of the power system, the GLST Flexer XS includes a clutch which is triggered when the belt tension reaches a predetermined limit, protecting it against breakage or failure. The central auger is a conventional system with pick-up fingers positioned behind the central belt.

The front mats feature a sealing system that inhibits the accumulation of straw and debris on the mats, which reduces the need for daily maintenance.

Hexagonal Reel

The harvesting reel is divided into 3 sections

The GTS platform features a hexagonal shaped reel, divided into three sections and constructed of high-strength steel. The position of the assembly can also adjust height and feed in relation to the cutter bar and rotation, proportional to the machine's feed speed. The central reel must be positioned backwards to help guide the product to the machine throat, while the two sides are positioned slightly forward help to bring the mass of straw and grain to the side conveyors.

At the ends of the reel there is a comb called flip over, with the ability of adjusting the reel pick-up fingers to seven different positions. The more advanced forward positions feed the product more efficiently and place it more easily on the mat and roll up the mass of straw and stems of the harvested plants more easily.

EVEN MORE FEATURES

SpringFlex® flotation system

Is very responsive due to the sensors being directly under the cutter bar, instead of trailing behind, which then allows the perfect profiling of the soil and terrain even in the most extreme harvest conditions such as high humidity.

Flip Over Reels in 3 sections

Allow the operator to better visualise the cutter bar performance during harvesting.

New side fairing

Clever design allows easy access for the lubrication of the knife box transmission.

Lightness & Flexibility

Increased performance thanks to a lighter, more efficient, and flexible harvesting system. The GTS do Brasil Flexer XS the perfect harvesting upgrade for farmers looking to improve results.

Farm Machinery.

Designed for the Australian Farmer.

Being working farmers ourselves, our team fully understand what's required from modern farming machinery.

We know more than ever, farming in Australia has become highly dependent on its farm machinery costs and reliability. This is why at OzAG we're committed to bringing the farmers of Australia, well priced quality machines and equipment. Our team continues to design and source suitable machinery from quality manufacturers around the world and then sell direct to the farmer eliminating importers and distributors and their added costs.

Simply, OzAG is committed to bringing the farmers of Australia, well priced quality farm machinery with all the sizes, features, quality, and service that you used to get from those old farm machinery brands... but for less money.

Plus we actively trial and test our farm machines in the field and where required improved them to suit unique Australian Conditions. Above and beyond our engineering knowledge we enjoy a deeper understanding of exactly what your looking for in your farm machinery because...

We're farmers too.

It all began in Ballarat, Victoria.

A simple discussion, between a Farmer and an Engineering company manager, about the high cost of quality farm machinery. The two eventually forming a partnership to deliver a better and more value driven way of importing and buying farm machinery.

OzAG was founded in 2010 by Chris Findlay of Findlay Engineering and Noel Blackmore a farmer from Mannibadar. The pair embarked on a long period of research throughout the world, sourcing machines that met their value/quality criteria.

The result is a selection of good quality, fit for purpose, well priced farm machines. Whilst initially focused on delivering value, quality is now OzAG's most important consideration and this quality of farm machinery is supported by genuine after sales service.

A lot of research goes into locating and finally importing each farm machine. Suitable machines are then analysed for durability and suitability with one side of the partnership focused on construction and build quality, and the other at the practical farming application of the machine.

Typically, imported machinery from other retailers is imported by distributors, and then on-sold to dealers, who then sell to farmers. One of the main advantages OzAG has is the ability to purchase in large quantities from the manufacturer and then find an economical shipping line to freight these bulk goods to Australia. By selling direct to the farmer OzAG also cuts out a layer of cost, and is not burdened with huge overheads like many of their competitors. Put simply this all results in a more competitive price for the customer.

The family tradition continues today with Chris and Noel's sons Ben and Mitch now responsible for the day to day running of this growing business. The OzAG team continues to work hard with numerous international farm machinery manufacturers, and is now the exclusive home of European brands such as ILGI tillage machines and Donder spreaders. Both have proved to be a very popular throughout Australia, by offering high quality at a fraction of the price of their competitors.
