GTS has always manufactured innovative cutting decks with a philosophy based on simplicity and efficiency. The use of strong lightweight materials such as aluminium increases performance and fuel economy, while reducing wear on the combine and soil compaction.
This commitment to ongoing innovation has resulted in GTS do Brasil launching the Flexer RXS.
The Flexer RXS brings more productivity, the ability to work at greater speed, and provides a better cut with less loss of grain. It has a self-compensating floating system, allowing the cutter bar to slide smoothly over the ground and avoid drag. Additionally this machine reduces the wear of the platform and harvester, bringing superior results for large-scale harvesting.
Flex Mode
Fully Flexible Cutter Bar
Supported by springs across its width, meaning a ground pressure of only 25kg at knife. This minimises soil in your sample and knife wear. The flexible knife has 200mm range of travel monitored by potentiometers – these control the feeder house height and tilt to keep the knife in the middle of its mechanical range.

Wheat Sensors
Utilises 4 sensors to tell the combine the position of the ground. This controls the feeder house height and tilt to maintain your cut height.
GTS Flexer RXS fronts are focused on crop flow and are coming to Australia with the following standard features:
These features combined enable the operator the ability to finely tune to the crop conditions to ensure crop feeds quickly and evenly.
Cutter Bar
The cutter bar uses the Easy Cut 2 system from the renowned Schumacher brand. The Schumacher system, although simple, is quite precise, with the blades being placed alternately, one up and one down. Due to the placement and arrangement of the knives, the movement is smoother, and the bar is more stable.
Draper Belts
Fitted with Continental/WCCO Raptor Belts, and Easy Cut 2 System, Rubber draper mats transport product smoothly. The centre belt and two sides all driven by an adjustable gearbox. The linear speed of the belts can be varied via three speed settings with a variation of approximately 15% between the low, medium and high positions.
Hydraulic Flex to Rigid
GTS have designed the front with Hydraulic Cylinders which lock the front in rigid mode which means changing between flex to rigid takes moments and is done with a push of a button without the need for tools.
Wheat Sensors
The GTS Flexer RXS features a direct mechanical drive knife, drapers, and feed drum, making it simple and easy to maintain and ultra reliable.
Cross Augers
Cross augers are hydraulically driven and can be adjusted to match draper speed to ensure even crop flow in bulky crops like canola, beans and lentils.

Lightweight Aluminium Construction
The frame has been designed and constructed out of aluminium. This gives the GTS Flexer the most strength for weight, allowing it to be the first 62ft flex front commercially available in the world.

SpringFlex® flotation system
Is very responsive due to the sensors being directly under the cutter bar, instead of trailing behind, which then allows the perfect profiling of the soil and terrain even in the most extreme harvest conditions such as high humidity.

Aside from all the features GTS have to offer, the Flexer RXS is also available in bigger sizes. Ranging from from 40ft, to 50ft and even as big as 60ft! Pre-orders welcome.
Optional Airbar
Oz AG have teamed up with Agculture to develop the AWS air bar kits to suit the GTS fronts. These are a great option for Farmers in lighter crops or more marginal areas.

Comb Trailer
Oz AG and Findlay Engineering have teamed up to bring you comb fronts. These can be fitted with toolboxes and concave holders. Talk to us about your requirements as these are generally made to order.

A simple discussion, between a Farmer and an Engineering company manager, about the high cost of quality farm machinery. The two eventually forming a partnership to deliver a better and more value driven way of importing and buying farm machinery.
OzAG was founded in 2010 by Chris Findlay of Findlay Engineering and Noel Blackmore a farmer from Mannibadar. The pair embarked on a long period of research throughout the world, sourcing machines that met their value/quality criteria.
The result is a selection of good quality, fit for purpose, well priced farm machines. Whilst initially focused on delivering value, quality is now OzAG's most important consideration and this quality of farm machinery is supported by genuine after sales service.
A lot of research goes into locating and finally importing each farm machine. Suitable machines are then analysed for durability and suitability with one side of the partnership focused on construction and build quality, and the other at the practical farming application of the machine.
Typically, imported machinery from other retailers is imported by distributors, and then on-sold to dealers, who then sell to farmers. One of the main advantages OzAG has is the ability to purchase in large quantities from the manufacturer and then find an economical shipping line to freight these bulk goods to Australia. By selling direct to the farmer OzAG also cuts out a layer of cost, and is not burdened with huge overheads like many of their competitors. Put simply this all results in a more competitive price for the customer.
The family tradition continues today with Chris and Noel's sons Ben and Mitch now responsible for the day to day running of this growing business. The OzAG team continues to work hard with numerous international farm machinery manufacturers, and is now the exclusive home of European brands such as ILGI tillage machines and Donder spreaders. Both have proved to be a very popular throughout Australia, by offering high quality at a fraction of the price of their competitors.
